This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Cosmius Technologies, including IT consulting, web development, and software development. By engaging our services, clients agree to these terms.

All services are customized and project-based, which involves dedicated work and resources.

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are highly restricted.
2. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 1 calendar day of payment or service engagement.

Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are only considered if:

Services were not initiated or delivered at all.

There is evident breach of agreed terms by Cosmius Technologies (Agreed by us and client on Email based agreement).
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction, minor revisions, or outcomes differing from subjective client expectations.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Cosmius Technologies is not responsible for bank or currency conversion fees.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued for:

Services where work has already commenced or deliverables have been provided.

Consulting hours, planning, or advice already delivered.

Third-party services, licenses, or software procured for the client.

Requests submitted after the 1-day window.

7. Right to Deny Refund

Are submitted after the 1-day request window.

Are not supported by valid evidence of service non-delivery or breach.

Are based on personal dissatisfaction or subjective opinion.
8. Policy Modifications
Cosmius Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
